Cancelling your membership is easy. Just give our customer service representatives a call at (888) 733-3920. We’re here everyday at the following hours to assist you.

When you call, we ask you to please have your member id, first & last name, and address you used when you signed up. This will help ensure an easier experience. After you cancel your membership you will not see any future charges from us.

Cancelling can only be completed by calling our customer service team. However, if you reside in California (and where otherwise required by law), we have other cancelling options listed in the member portal. Please note, once your account is cancelled we are not able to refund or prorate any refunds to you.

Reactivating your membership is simple! Please call our customer service department at (888) 733-3920 right away to have your account reactivated as soon as possible.
