How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at (888) 733-3920. We are available to assist you everyday at the following times:
Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM EST
Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Sunday: 1 PM - 6 PM EST
Please have your membership information (Member ID, first & last name, and address used to sign up) ready when calling to ensure a smooth experience. After cancelling your membership there will be no future charges.
You may only terminate/cancel your membership by calling a Customer Service representative. Customers who are California residents, and where otherwise required by law, will have other options for cancelling which are detailed in the customer portal, and can be accessed by signing in to your customer account. Upon cancellation of your membership, we are not able to offer any refunds or prorated refunds.
I canceled my membership by accident. What do I do?
You can reactivate it, no problem! Get in touch with our customer service reps at (888) 733-3920, and they’ll take care of it right away!
Is the site safe and secure?
Our site is absolutely both is safe and secure. We’re well aware that the information you provide on our site is very sensitive. That’s why we only invest in the latest and greatest security to make sure all of your information stays safe. We encrypt our website by using the most up-to-date SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. In other words, our security is the best of the best.
I signed up for CrScr.com, but now how do to I get started?
When you sign up for CrScr.com, you’ll be automatically directed to the member portal page. On the member portal page, you’ll have access to the dashboard. The dashboard will allow you to easily navigate between your member benefits.
Keep an eye out for your welcome email, which will contain your login information (along with some additional important information concerning your brand new membership).
But wait, I never got my welcome email. Now what?
If you haven’t received your welcome email within 24 hours of signing up, you’ll need to check your spam folder. Also, please remember to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of trusted email addresses. And if you still haven’t received your welcome email after doing so, then please contact us at our customer service number so we can get this resolved for you.
